It´s my first visit!
If your dog is staying with us for the first time, we recommend arranging a trial overnight stay. This gives us the chance to get to know your dog and will help both them and you get accustomed to the kennels before their more extended stay.
Opening hours
We are sure that you will understand that dogs can only be dropped off and picked up during opening hours. The same applies to telephone enquiries and visits which are most welcome during our opening hours.

Please note
Please do not hang up if we don’t answer the telephone immediately. Looking after our four-legged friends is our number-one priority. This is also the reason why we can’t always instantly reply to written enquiries. Furthermore, we would be very grateful, if you could always only send us plain text emails with the appropriate wording in the subject line (for example: Bello’s holiday 22 to 27 November).

Vaccinations

In areas frequented by a lot of animals, vaccinations are extremely important. For this reason, all dogs attending our kennels must have up-to-date vaccinations against rabies, distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parvoviruses (known as SHLTP in Germany). We also ask that all dogs are vaccinated against kennel cough (Pi) and in the summer we recommend using a product for treating and preventing fleas and ticks.

We advise you to plan ahead for your kennel stay and speak to your vet in plenty of time. For the protection of all our guests, your dog’s current vaccination documents must be presented when your dog is dropped off. Failure to provide evidence of the fact that your dog is fully vaccinated will prevent them from being accepted.

What happens if my dog becomes ill?
In the event of illness or injury, we have to react quickly so that your dog can be treated by a good local vet without delay. If your dog is examined by a vet during their stay, you agree to pay for all the associated costs. When you drop off your dog, please be sure to give us a telephone number where we can reach you in case of emergency.
I need to cancel my holiday. Can I cancel my booking?
Booking cancellations can be made free of charge up to 8 days before the start of your booking. If you make your cancellation within 7 days of the start of your booking, you will be charged 2/3 of the entire booking fee.

Cancellations must always be made in writing.
